Another possibility that hasn't come up yet, but one I find myself considering: Both of them are lying. That is, BOTH Sans and Alphys are reds, and this is an elaborate ruse to bank karma on Alphys, who will be "medic saved" until the very end of the game.

It was blatantly obvious to the humans what my role was. The whole day phase I was on Sans no matter what was going on (shitty playing, but it's me so yeah)

Humans already know my role as I was roleblocked last night. Human check on Sans in the first night because of his vote switch onto Monster Kid.

Alphys claims to have checked Sans n1 and gotten human
Toriel dies and flips Monster for whatever reason, probably to be random imho
Roleblock is unknown aorn

Monster Kid dies and flips Monster, he was putting in work and I honestly thought he was a role too so I understand the kill

We don't know what the humans were thinking when the roleblocked Alphys. All we know is what has been claimed. Alphys thinks they knew, I think its better to say that they possibly suspected as much. No human team kills someone they think has no chance to be a role there, and we don't know where the roleblock was the first night, so we don't know what the humans were thinking then, and even though alphys was roleblocked last night, all we know is that the humans suspected that she was possibly a role, and clearly they thought Monster Kid was more likely to be a role.

You talked about there being a role seer, I think. That's not possible, its not listed in the OP.
