this is a weird progression you go from not wanting to vote for a hobo in the slack because of the potential of lynching a hobo and now you're steering away from xiz
i agree. my perception of rzr is that when you begin to question him he admits to seeing your points and says he begins to read you as town, but at first chance when you do something questionable he reverts to the same scumread on you.
I say it often - alignments don't change in this game. I feel like i've seen moments in this game that make me believe certain players are almost surely town. Even if they do strange things or vote in ways I disagree with my first inclination is not to take all of that back and call them scum but to think that they are wrong and wonder why they see something differently.
botchi is obvious town, but rzr has had this presumed guilty mindset about him (and myself and others) this entire game. it's taking a lot to think it is anything but the TMI of having and knowing your partners from the start of the game, and that the rest are targets.
i'm probably beyond convincing that xiz is a wolf. now I am just trying to decide if, as a wolf (obviously pending his flip), he comes into this thread sheeping my strong push against rzr for that ludicrous opening post.
I don't know whether he thought it was beyond salvageable and was getting in on the wagon early to get credit for bussing, enter with an opening that looked good to me before switching to different target late in the day, or what. it's hard to tell since I think I killed that push myself by doing my best to interact and try and understand rzr, so xiz didn't have to lead away from that himself. but I may have been wrong, I don't know.
there seems to be a disconnect between what rzr says and does, and his reads are very stubborn on some people and very very very pliable on others.
like xiz is now creating some narrative about how one of his counterclaims may be vanilla villagers fakeclaiming, not wolves.
two things:
1. why is he more interested in explaining this using more content from other games than from simply ASKING BOTCHI AND TOKZIC IN THE CURRENT GAME IF THEY ARE VANILLA. if one of them is it would be an enormous mistake to maintain their claim here and get xiz lynched, like, absolutely terrible. the fact that they aren't makes this unlikely, but still, it's not hard to ask.
2. there was a real possibility that xiz got lynched on the first day when the fact that there was a counterclaim came out. I don't think a town should ever think it possible or ok that one of the counterclaims was vanilla and could have gotten him, a PR, lynched. that is not ok.
I think it's just too obvious who the villagers are here, and they're not named xiz.
At this point, yeah. There are two effects which corroborate this, one is my confidence on xiz (I wouldn't be pushing to kill one of the three claims without a lot of confidence) and knowing that in order for xiz to claim he had to be prepared to stay outside the AC Room last night, which means DBP being seered in the Dino room clears him.
I doubt tokzic would use the first seering if he were a wolf to give another wolf cover, as in this position if he were a wolf he needs to garner favor from additional humans, so if tokzic is a wolf i still think DBP is human because if tokzic is a wolf he needs support and seering a human and clearing them gives that support at this phase. So in multiple contingencies I see the seering as clearing DBP.
The only one where it doesn't is if botchi is a wolf. But still I feel extremely confident that xiz is a wolf.
this is an important point that I hope everybody in this village understands. if you do not, please say so and ask.
Oh, you'd be surprised at who would do that in FFR, heh.
But Xiz is not one of them.
not somebody who would use evidence from other games?
don't get me wrong, that's not inherently bad if you are comparing tone from one game to another or something. but he's just showing what sounds like bad play from another game to suggest it could be happening again, without *actually, actively trying to figure that out*. if he cared, he would ask the other claims. instead he's just trying to sell nonsense.
He's a wolf to me because he flat out said he caused Gradiant to get lynched.
It's as simple as that.
Nothing really else matters to me. It's just that one statement he made because he was probably surprised he lived. He would've died, but V shed some light of reasoning to cause me to take his vote out.
All this current stuff that's going on I'm mostly ignoring from him.
