Red Blaster can only win if he gets to 2 people
CharuxXel win if the game ends with 4 people

Yeah that's what is fucking with me.
There's no real rhyme or reason for him to claim as either..but then again storn is known for making oddball plays, idk maybe it's not even worth looking into.
