All Tier 1s + All Tier 3s + Duality (T6) = Tier 8
Tier 4 + Both T5s + Remaining Three T6s = Tier 8 and a Tier 7
Hope that's not confusing but yeah take all of my cards that aren't T8s or higher and turn them into two T8s and a T7 please and thank you <3

Quality please.
That blackflag on Megane De Ne has me so mad. The good was a random good on a jump. The fail timing of frames is the only reason I missed it. Did get one AAA out of this challenge at least.
