Well there is no point for me trying it. It's not such a good idea anyway. I'm way to skinny. the more healthy way is to drink green tea and veggie burgers. Don't forget soymilk. You may think it is gross but i like it and it is
ALOT better then drinking nothing but water. If you want to cleanse your body then drink antioxidants. Besides, I doubt that this idea would work for me because I'm 14 and doing this will not be very healthy.
