Spec is right though... I do this sometimes... Just don't eat for a couple days, and just drink plenty of water, and it cleans out your entire body...
As strange as it may sound, it REALLY IS good for your body, and maybe not to the extent of 4 days, but some diets ask for you to fast for 2 days with only water to clean out your body before you start the diet...
This thread really interested me........ i like to eat alot, and i eat way too much, but by no means am i fat because i swim it off everyday. But i wonder, will it make me feel any better than i do normally? Is there a point where you go to far, how do you know if youve gone to far?
And finally, does your body how do you say..... reject the food that you try to eat after this "fasting"?
I would try this, but my mom rides my ass if I don't eat. =\
