You hit the arrow with the key mapped to that arrow. Then repeat with other combinations of keys at 8 notes per second or faster.

The best advice is rushy's (iirc) of just focus on the up arrow (down if mirror) and streams will come easy to you

So, not sure which song Lefty will be using, but here's a BF for both. With his bonus SDG on Lexus, that should mean a "AAA" equivalent for either of them.

Find a stream song that's just slow enough for you to get the hang of, then speed it up.

I started learning streams with delirium and CIA Rave back when.
Edit: That "focus on the up key" actually kind of makes sense. I just read patterns that are blocked together. Strangeprogram's 1324 and 4231 stream still fucks with me though. I have a hard time recognizing it; I suppose it also happens in flight of the bee too.
