I've decided that I'm just going to remove the non-submitters so far and try to make the rest of the tournament even out from there. Sorry, but having free byes wasn't really the goal of the tournament, it's supposed to at least pose a bit of a challenge.

Removing all the dropouts/nonsubmitters now. It's going to be a bit messy, but I'll try to make it work. Probably going to release the round early again.

Might have to push the new round back about half an hour actually. I'm going to be playing in the mock qualifier for TC_Halogen's tournament, which will end when the next round should start. I'll try to get the round up as soon as I can
