          胸元に 薄紅の貴方の 貌ぞ残れり
          唇に 面映き 艶々の夜の香は 今昔

          徒らに 時は流れ 便り無き花は枯れてゆく

Just for fun, here is a letter I wrote to BeForU today. I wrote it like an interview.

メアドはgilbertmsd@hotmail.com

              お返事楽しみに待ってます!!ファン達が楽しく聞こえるようにBeForU頑張って!

Hey BeForU, I'm ギル(reads as Gil, but I hate non-Japanese calling me that)
I have been interested in your music for a long time, but I didn't know that you had actual CDs that extended beyond DDR and stuff. I really like your stuff, so I thought it would be cool if I could know more about you guys.

Although I'm an American, I would be really happy if you answered my questions.

              When did BeForU start?

Has it always been 6 people?

How old are you? I think you're teenagers, but because you are popular singers, you seem like adults. Plus it's not written in your profiles haha

If you're teenagers, how do you balance school life and your singer life? Are you able to live like a normal person?

Of all the singers in the world, who are the 3 you would like to speak with most? Singers or musicians, either is fine.

Have you ever done a live concert as BeForU?

Do you think you'll ever seperate from Konami and try to continue your singing career by yourselves?

Have you ever been interviewed by somebody from another country before?

Is there anything you would like to say to your American fans?

And that's it. I hope you guys will try to interview some of your favorite singers, too.

Hey uh, there's something I'd like you to do for me. I don't really know how this site works, so if you could reply to my email address, I would really appreciate that because if you ever answer my questions, I wouldn't have any idea how to find them here.

Keep on singing for your fans.

              Something along those lines.

I am still working on the songs. It takes time.

Translate Chinese stuff for us haha

It doesn't make sense to me how Chinese only uses kanji.

And what do you call kanji in Chinese? In Japanese it's 漢字. It doesn't seem like you would use that in Chinese, so I am not really sure what you call them.

But Chinese characters have only one pronounciation, where as Japanese kanji have many.

                    漢字が大嫌い。

Hey, Varia, since you have a greater knowledge of kanji than me translate this weblog:

                    It's the Densha Otoko story.

And I want it all translated. The ASCII art too. There are 7 pages in total. Get working.

My chinese isn't incredible or anything since I grew up in Canada, but I think that it's most likely the same '漢字'

Wrong wrong wrong... I don't want to get into detail, but here is a small example.

The word 長 has two meanings. Depending on whatever context it is used in, it can also be pronounced differently. It can either mean long (pronounced cher-ng) or grow (pronounced jer-ng).

Words can also change pronounciation without having their meaning changed. The word 聽 means to listen. Depending on the sentence it is used in, it can be pronounced 'teng' or 'ting'.

edit: whoops quote tags were messed.

I agree. English is so messed up :S

Oh and Varia, I tried typing kanji into babelfish translator to be sure what it really is in chinese...and what do you know? It came up with "漢字". I guess it is the same. I believe it's pronoucned 'hon jze'.

oh btw, the chinese pronounciations I'm giving are cantonese, not mandarin.
