Just sharing some internal thoughts right now: I am looking at the D5 roster, and I absolutely hate it on both tips -- I keep organizing data based off of the placement tool, and while like 80% of the division shuffles around on different filters, the groups of people that are on the top are on top for all of the sorting guidelines, and the groups of people that are at the very bottom stay at the very bottom for all sorts too.

I so badly want to make a potentially pivotal structural change that allows [Oni] gets to be in D4 only if they show a lack of proficiency past the mid-FMO range (74+) -- there are currently 10 people that would be affected by this change on the lower end.

There's also one person that hasn't been moved in D5 that I am considering moving up as well, ugh.

I'm going to Dunkin' Donuts to clear my head.
