if you have a file that you sent to March/April (i.e. upcoming batch) that you have made changes to before judgment, send it to regularffrsubmissions@gmail.com.

if you have a file that got accepted or received resubmission privileges in the Jan/Feb batch, send it to ffrsubmissions@gmail.com.

Hardly a big deal; honestly, I'd rather the rule be changed that .sm file is required as opposed to .dwi but the old converter uses it
