I thought the general rule of Steam was "don't buy anything unless it's 75%+ off".

Some newer released games might not reach 75%, but they still might go on daily/flash/community deals for around 50% usually from 33%.

Also, my team won yesterday. Too bad I didn't get any free games out of it.

Do things keep their discount even after the flash sale ends? All of the old ones still seem to have discounts.

i think their deal lasts another 24 to 36 hours after the flash/daily ends

props for waiting on that one, AJ. I felt scammed when I bought l4d1 at launch and a sequel was announced under a year later. I grabbed l4d2 for supercheap when it was on sale years back, but I've never touched it.
