Only if you're really sure. Usually I would just leave participants on the spreadsheet in previous tournaments and it was their choice whether or not they submitted anything.

I updated the spreadsheets with what the participants have submitted so far.

Round 1 ends in a little less than 24 hours. Solutions to answers will be posted with explanations when the round ends.
