That's probably because you look like a sexy girl. Sexy is a broad term but for this let's consider it as in... one they could possibly go out with. Why? Because she's playing DDR. Hopefully she won't have a boyfriend, and there's a chance 'we' could learn to bond with them and maintain a stable relationship. Of course, most already have a boyfriend, and our hopes are dashed.
B. Girls playing DDR in General.
Yeah. Guys do that too. What's your point?
C. Girl have...
We already know, and that's what we have the internet for. If you want to see a girl jumping around, watch the Man Show reruns or something like that.
D. Own personal opinion.
A girl playing DDR to me, is a bit different than a guy. Why? Because they are a girl. No use hiding that. I'm pretty sure for the most part I can tell. I'd like to say, I don't judge or critisize, but I'd be lying. I personally love being up there and dancing next to a girl. Especially if they are on Heavy, because it means I have: A. New competion, and B. A chance for a friend/relationship.
So, yes you are judged. Judged by: Looks, Relationship Value, and Measure of Difficulty.
Honestly, I think that's a pretty mean thing to say. The first time I played, I couldn't even PASS god damned one foot beginner song. Everyone was new to the game at some pint, including you. So therefor you are in no position to be making fun of them. Hell, noone is. The fact that she was hogging the machine might have made the situation 'annoying' but if you think the fact that she was failing a beginner song makes her annoying aswell, then you honestly need a reality check.
I used to fail one foot beginner songs, and now I AA 8 footers. Some of the comments I see in this thread are absolutely ridiculous..[/quote]
I like what you are doing, but seriously, don't fight it. People will be mean, they will say mean things, and thats just the way it is online and in the real world. But it's nice to see there's at least one person on this forum that isn't completely shallow and rude.
I play DDR... I'm really really rubbish (no matter how easy) and ugly, yeah... But hey, I enjoy it. It's fun and it's exercise... and a money burner I should get a dance mat to practice with really...
If any of you are going to the Michigan Meet-up, I will show you that I can play DDR. =D I find it very fun, but sometimes hard. -.- How good are you people?
