Re: The Fitness Thread
A few months later and I'm now ~125lbs, which I feel is a healthy weight given my height and body comp. I've definitely lost some muscle over the past 8 months, though.
lost 8 inches on my waist in total, which seems kind of crazy
Not sure where to start with regards to weight lifting, but I'd like to read up on it.Comment

I'm tingling
Good job dude! Really awesome progress. If you need basic templates, a few have been posted in this thread over the past little while.A few months later and I'm now ~125lbs, which I feel is a healthy weight given my height and body comp. Re: The Fitness Thread
chris you look great. it really shows what is possible naturally if you take essentially the ideal course of muscle development over two years.
on the flip side, photobucket. fucking photobucket. that's like the smith machine of image hosting.Comment

I've lost a bit of weight in the past month or so, due to stress and drinking loads more water. I've also went running a couple of times but stopped because I couldn't find my running shoes

Re: The Fitness Thread
Thanks.
I don't like running. I prefer to walk. And also cause I have flat feet... and my knees were irreversibly damaged about 6 months ago from a fall down some stairs. So I'm scared if I go running and trip like I always do when running, I will f up my knees even more.
