I tried stepping parts of this, because it's one of my favorite pieces. Turned out to be kinda shitty for simfiling when I looked at it closely.

I thought Kangaroos could be fun to step but it's a really short section and also a pain in the ass to sync. I think I got through two sets of the grace note runs then was like ehhhh fuck it.
Aquarium winds up being a JS dump, not much else you can do with it IMO
Aviary is probably the most promising in terms of simfile-worthiness but, like Kangaroos, it's tragically short.
The Swan was actually turning out pretty fun, if a bit easy. I could finish it someday but it's also annoying to sync.
The Finale could also make a good file, not sure what you would layer with the flute/violin melody during those parts but the melody itself is pretty interesting, then obviously the 16th piano runs and glissandi and stuff would be great.
