Been doing body pump lately (yes les mills classes i'm a faget and need to follow an instructor to get motivated)
I'm not bulking up, not for a while anyways. Just working on being a little more lean and getting rid of body fat that's been stuck on for 6 years
I severely need to work on my diet though. 4lbs down, 15 more to go.Last edited by kommisar; 01-31-2014, 12:27 PM.

Ye, once you have the diet down it all just falls into place nicely. You're a chef so at least you can make food taste great that may otherwise taste not-so-great.
