It sucks, because I cant play ffr or sm like this. My left middle finger makes a weird strike when I hit and my left index raises way too high. Like my middle finger types and moves towards to my palm as I'm typing. My left index just keeps raising up every time my left middle finger does that.

My right hand has no problems at all and my left hand is killing me and i struggle AAAs on easier files. It is very uncomfortable and I cant play like this. It doesn't matter if I spread my hand farther or closer. Hell even when I'm typing right now is a pain in the ass. This is what is holding me back from playing this game. I didn't have this problem when I played this game 5 years ago.

I have no idea what caused this to happen.
I've went through phases where I'll notice my hands are doing weird things while playing. In fact, recently I noticed that my middle finger and ring finger on my right hand rub together a lot and no matter what I try and do to correct it, it continues to happen (similar to your problem). I find that continuing to focus on that is a slippery slope and only makes playing more and more uncomfortable; the best advice I can give is to focus on other aspects of the game (notes, timing, music, etc.) rather than what your hands are doing.

If the problem is too great in terms of mentally coping with it, as a last resort you might have to re-train muscle memory and find some way of keeping your fingers from doing that. Have you tried keeping your wrists stationary while playing? Your fingers should stay in the same spots when you firmly anchor your wrists. Another thing you could try is have a concave key setup even for just the one hand (for example q,a,l,p) without turning your wrists inwards so that your middle finger starts further away from the palm than normal.

    Hope that helps a bit.

Even if you feel there's no hope for you and you want to be noticed for once, this should never be an option. It's both unrewarding and stupid. It gets you nowhere, or worse, it puts you back a lot.

At least you nailed the explanation.
Simplified, it's literally just practice practice practice.

Another good example of someone who got caught cheating on scores recently is juan.pro.

I guess if you want to show off good scores in this community, prepare to be challenged on your legitimacy.
