victim blaming is like understanding the difference between a wise man and a smart man. a wise man knows its not a good idea to walk through a bad part of town at 3am. a smart man knows if he gets mugged by a mugger, he didn't commit a crime by getting robbed or or assaulted and that the person mugging could have refrained from mugging in the first place
