i just need the account so i can gift my main account with cheap RP, you can keep the 50k IP

it's like $70 for 22,000 RP and 50,000 IP, cant transfer IP but $70 for 22k RP is still dirt cheap so your smurf can keep the 50k IP for runes/champions or wahtever u wanna do with it

but it should be an account that you don't use often.. i won't gift myself 22,000 RP worth of stuff in 1 go since you're limited to 3 gifts a day

i can get really cheap RP / IP in the form of referrals, but i can't go over 500 referrals on my main account (otherwise league peeps get suspicious - they only manually check referrals for those who have over 500)

so since i've already hit 500 referrals on both my main and lv 20 smurf, i'm looking for an account without any referrals (or low #) so i can gift myself skins. i don't need the IP so i'm basically letting you keep that for free
