Q: I’ve degraded in skill – can I be in a lower division?
A: Unfortunately, you will not be placed off of your current skill. Gauging current skill is incredibly risky and can ruin the overall tournament experience, especially if someone improves unexpectedly due to being placed in a lower division for skill degradation. Do your best – each round is a week long, and you can accomplish a lot in that week if try.

My stats look a lot better than I actually am right now. I have switched to spread not too long ago, and I am having a pretty hard time with it, so I would like to be placed in d3 or d4 if I could.

Nope;; if it means anything I'm going to get stuck in D6 again most likely, where I'll be out in the first round since I can barely FC anything over 70 at the moment.
