It's not something you firstpick lol
I want to see it as a lastpick counter to say Kassadin or Fizz with heavy early warding to ensure you get the lane then proceed to mercilessly dive it.
That kind of thing is very Chinese style. It would definitely be more of a cheesy pick but that's why I'm saying I want to see it. Non-meta picks are always fun.
