I want to do this
pntballa
no reads, only questions, claims it's trying to 'understand the game'. that's fair, PM every question, bunch of neutral posts and an easy vote on danceguy is not the best look

I could've asked my questions through a PM, but I posted them in the thread to get people talking about the game.

Re: TWG CI: Fiction's Birthday Party
I've been trying to step back a little more on day one as in games past I have dominated the outcome and felt that it has only hurt the game. What I've seen is a lot of noise, and not a lot of signal. I think some things people are doing are genuinely weird.
I wouldn't call danceguy wolfy. Don't think he's a good lynch candidate. Changing his vote four times on day one? Either he's so self-aware of how he plays (doubtful) that he can playfully mimic his human game as a wolf or he's a human who has the drive to just do something to get the game started. What this indicates to me is that the people who are jumping on this are just bad at reading (more possible) or wolf (less possible) but depending on how you navigate and organize your thoughts in a game like this, I would make a note on in your .txt or on your piece of paper on day 1 of who jumped on the danceguy train.
Jrodd is handing out villa reads like they're ACLU pamphlets or something. This is somewhat interesting to me. I feel there's something cocky going on here, might be getting a little too full of his abilities. This is a thing to watch.
I haven't read a word fiction has wrote yet. And most everyone else didn't peak my attention.
But so far on day one charu takes the fucking cake (lol) for posting absolutely nothing of merit, making a concerted effort to appear visible, and having the most placating and neutral tone in the game. Yeah I get that part of that is his personality from talking on mumble, but I still get a strong sense of detachment from him actually playing.

Re: TWG CI: Fiction's Birthday Party
I didn't vote for dAnceguy because it was an "easy vote."
With what I have to go on so far, I think he is more likely to be a wolf than anyone else. That leaves me with a few options. I can place a vote on him, I can get a phantom, or I can place a vote on some random person whose role I don't have an opinion on. Since card flipping is on in this game, it doesn't make sense to withhold a vote on someone I suspect.
If it turns out my suspicion is correct and they are a wolf, hooray for me. If they aren't, well shit that sucks, you can't be right every time. If I make it known that I agree a player looks suspicious and then vote for someone else, what happens if they are a wolf? The next phase you can bet I'll get accused of being a wolf who was trying to protect my partner.
So I'm going to spend this game voting for who I think is a wolf, "easy votes" and bandwagons be damned.

Re: TWG CI: Fiction's Birthday Party
Posting from work, what's up? (Also because it's the last day in D1 phase.)
Well, naturally I don't want to get on someone's bad side. But then again, I guess that's impossible in this party.
After doing some thinking though. I'm finally going to throw a vote, who would've thunk it!?
Vendetta21, sorry my man, I think it's rude eyeing me. That's really creepy and makes me uncomfortable. I'll tell my uncle on you.

Re: TWG CI: Fiction's Birthday Party
Hmmmm...it is a misunderstanding, I think.
This is Day 1
Day 1 (this one) - Night 2 - Day 2 - Night 3 (call pizza guy) - Day 3 (pizza guy arrives)

"Anyone wanna smoke some weed?" Said the good guy clown

"This cosmic dance of bursting decadence and withheld permissions twists all our arms collectively. But, if sweetness can win - and it can - then I'll still be here tomorrow, to high five you, yesterday, my friend. Peace" Replied Jimmy.

"...Da fuck Jimmy?"

Re: TWG CI: Fiction's Birthday Party
This feels kinda stupid of me because I'm still at 4 from insta, but I see no signs of others coalescing on a lynch target who isn't me, and I'll be on a flight near end of phase soooooo
I an the clown. Don't lynch me.Comment

Re: TWG CI: Fiction's Birthday Party
Also going back to this... The pizza guy can be called by anyone. Even a wolf. And having some sort of democratic decision about when we should call the pizza guy doesn't make a difference because a wolf could very well suggest it himself.Strongly agree with everything in post 158. And you know Fic, knowing that everyone has pretty much agreed on Day 2-3 Pizza Guy, I'm more than willing to call him during that phase. The interaction between wolves and a confirmed can be put to good use, we can just ask the guy to refrain from voting and tell him to contribute more and deliberate when nearing late day phases.Originally posted by j-rodd123wowComment
