Soul Calibur 2 is one of the best games I've played, and I hope that Soul Calibur 3 will be even better. My favorite characters are Link, Yunsung, Kilik, and Taki. And I played both the arcade and two of the console versions.
Oh, and there proabably will be three new characters in Soul Calibur 3, and I heard that it will have characters from previous games.

Im betting that a big reason as to why they stayed with Sony is because they got the most money off of that version, even though most of the people I have talked to have said they like the gamecube one.

That is also a false statement as far as my info goes. I heard that SC3 will come out on the PS2 sometime near the end of 2005.

My best char was definatly Talim but i cant help but remember some of the one hit KOs i pulled off w/ spawn and his final weap

Actually, you can pull off a one hit KO in the arcade...with Yoshimitsu. Soul Charge to level 3, to forward Sepukku(-> ->+AK). Haha, lemme tell you, I pissed off several people with that one. I think the damage percentages in my arcade may be set lower than the default...Although it is set to best 3 out of 5 on versus matches.

but i don't get why SC3 won't come out for GC cause like everyone i know has the GC version

and does anyone know how to make xianwha (or however u spell her name) do this flying attack? it looked really cool but inferno did but i do believe he was being xianwha because the sword he was using had a tassel thing at the end......and no it was not yoshimitsu

Aha. That "flying" attack is a move only for Inferno. Xianghua can't do it...And the other move Inferno has, where he throws you up into the air and impales you on whatever weapon he happens to be holding, is also only for him. I originally thought it was for Nightmare, because he was holding the Soul Edge the first time he did it to me.

I like Rapheal. I have the GCN version, and all I have to do is tap Y, the quick attack version. And he will do one of those quick overhead jab things. The faster I tap, the faster I do it. Even if you block me I can still kill you because I never let up. Used that technique to beat all of the game in a week, weapon twice and all the extra's. It doesn't seem to fair I guess.
