Yes, I can pretty much tell if I'm gonna rage or lack stamina/energy

lol this thread seriously got derailed by SM talk. pretty sure this is the only relevant answer xD.
just for the record, I do play SM occasionally, but not a whole lot. For me my time is spent about 70/30 between FFR and DDR respectively. Strangely I actually feel that playing DDR helps me slightly in PA, simply because it's the only rhythm game I play with more than 3 accuracy ratings.

When I played FFR ages ago, I would have bad and good days/periods, and I could tell a bad vs good day a moment or so into a song. Not anything as acute as what it seems you feel though.
