Thanks. I used to be exclusively index, but Reach basically told me that my skill would only go so far with that play style when I was 14, and he was right. I still play index every now and then, but only for fun. There's no competitive scene for index, and even back then there was no competitive scene. There were maybe 10 other people who played index at that level or better and files were pretty well exclusive to spread players by then.

Keep doing what you're doing though. Nice to see people still play index.

Reach was wrong. There are still limits to push for index even for me, considering I'm one of the only people that even play index anymore. The only thing I could do nowadays is write my own charts but whenever I make a chart, it looks like shit so I just rate mod whatever I can. The hardest thing I yet have to pass is Moonearth CV, which is Moonearth but instead of 16ths, it all 24ths which is around 280 16ths.

I played spread for 7 years and I've played index for around 7-8 months now and I find index far more fun. It's a shame people don't take the time to try it, it just takes some getting used to.
