I played Zephei today, he has pretty much everything to be top 3 D6 or low D7 imo, may be wrong though.

D7 is a very scary division. You basically have to have an AAA on J'ai to be D7 (or something like 2 goods clean) lol.

I can see his scores being high D6, but not quite D7
