ur 1 cheeky cunt m8. Look up any sort of bulking program that isn't bullshit, and they generally recommend that you do some form of cardio on your off days. Doggcrap does it, Mountain Dog does it, hellraising training does it, nearly every single program has it programmed into it in some form or another.

You fucking tell me. I know that I dont know shit about anything, but I would suggest that if I'm getting that bulky while having more abs then I'm probably gaining weight. I was carb cycling with a 2600 cal day, a 2300 day, and a 2000 cal day.
