well, this was a great thread.
A. Fallen: stop making more enemies, you already have more than enough
B. To that guy wo played 8 fingered: hahahahah, first of all double setup is counted as cheating, and you said you play on judge seven? You can't get over 2000marvs on emerald sword judge seven.

Enemies? Wow sad. Everyone who you consider my "enemy" I consider... well I don't consider them anything and I don't care what they have to say.One of the original members of the xqsite + FFR community.

Why is it considered cheating? And if I play with a style that's considered "cheating" then it makes sense that I can make 2K Marv on E. Sword w/ judge 7.B. To that guy wo played 8 fingered: hahahahah, first of all double setup is counted as cheating, and you said you play on judge seven? You can't get over 2000marvs on emerald sword judge seven.
To that chick that said DDR hasn't been out for 8 years:
This comes from Aaron, who currently lives in Japan and is known for being the one to record the videos of Yasu (we all know who he is, and praise be given to his name). Now, notice his line where he says: "...number of artists affiliated with the DanceMania lines of dance music." The game DanceMania (the predecessor to DDR) was released, as I remember, in 1996. I played in 97' which means that 8 years puts us right here at 2K5.The starting point of DDR. Released in October of 1998, this game had its' timing right on. At this time, BeatMania (A D.J. simulation game with a turntable) was in fashion. Also, Konami managed to get licensing agreements with Toshiba-EMI as well as a number of artists affiliated with the DanceMania lines of dance music (DanceMania is arguably the definitive dance music collection here in Japan), which were also very popular at this time in history.Comment

Because you never have to do jacks and you can choose to always do two hand trills. This makes it significantly less straining.Originally posted by DoroFuyutsukiWhy is it considered cheating? No, it actually still doesn't make sense. You generally find better MA and accuracy in people who play with the fewest fingers, like indexers. Meanwhile, many 4 finger players can hit more but have worse accuracy. So knowing that the fewer fingers you need to coordinate, the easier it is to hit accurately, it makes no sense to say that playing with 8 would give good results in that way. And I honestly can never see such a double setup (which is what you're using) becoming accepted here like a normal score. The accepted way is using 4 keys, and you can deal with that however you want. Any more than that can just alter the fairness too much, especially since you could find so many ways around jacks and fast trills.Originally posted by DoroFuyutsukiWhy is it considered cheating? wtf? We were mentioning how you were wrong about DDR being around for 8 years, and you still are. It's pretty simply to see from your own reference that DDR was released in 1998, around 7 years ago. You then went on about DanceMania, but we weren't even talking about that before; we were talking about DDR itself. So technically you were still wrong about 8 years, but whatever...The starting point of DDR. Released in October of 1998, this game had its' timing right on.
