You've been doing this "losing hope" thing the whole tournament despite you being way better than everyone except arc and having D3 scores since round 1

I don't get it

You have a AAA on a 58 and can sightread AAA some 50s and you're worried about a 44?

Well its not like I've had any experience with any sorts of tournaments, practically this is my first one (lame, I know)

I'm sure you'll do great Rarity You get better scores than me in mostly everything o/ Same goes for everyone else! Good luck in round 5 for those going through :3 Think I might call quits with all this college work I need to do today, if I end up finishing beforehand I might play a little more but not expecting to be able to make it. Nonetheless had fun, gonna start trying to skillboost again once i get done with everything for next official

I'm calling 16th place in this tournament right now. My ability drops like a rock on anything higher than a 40.

If he had D3 scores in round 1 he would be in D3

He didn't have D3 scores at the start of round 1, though. At the start of the tournament, .Rarity's highest AAA was a 35 and there wasn't anything notable to push him up to the next division. His better AAAs showed up at the very end of round 2/start of round 3 (heavy get showed up on day 6 of Round 2), and other scores started showing up sporadically.

Granted, I can understand it being mildly annoying when an obvious front-runner is saying like they're losing hope, arcnmx was way ahead at the start of the tournament (and very narrowly missed D3). By this point, nothing is going to happen with tournament placement unless something retarded happens that absolutely shouldn't.

I meant during, not before round 1

although I did previously raise concern over the possibility of him boosting in SM, as he said he did, and thus his very few FFR scores may have not reflected his placement-period skill.

It's probably important to check the latest scores of players with few game plays when placing them, or put them on a watch-list if they haven't played. We all know how common it is to skill boost in SM.

I hate personal conflict like this so I'm going to point out that I have nothing against you Rarity. Although as halogen said, it's annoying to see someone who's obviously a top 3 player say how bad he's doing in the tournament, and how he's losing hope. That's like saying that you are fat while talking to someone who's actually fat.

Just curious, what D3 qualities was I lacking / what kind of scores did I have that put me in that position? They must have been weird as hell, I know my scores still barely make any sense even now >.>
