you're either a detective or a criminal covering your tracks. You're either a good guy trying to be just and fair or a bad guy manipulating good guys into doing your bidding.

I wasn't uneasy about you being the bg yo man, I just couldn't figure out why that so late in the phase that it took me to randomly start talking to you for you to even mention anything. At that point in time, I needed you to guard me. Had you done that, there really was no reason for you and vant to know each other. Had you both come to me from the beginning of the time when I came out, then there would have been little issue because it would have afforded us time to try and work things out. You coming to me so late (and not even really coming to me) I couldn't just up and take your word for it at the time. I told vant I had contact with you claiming you were the bg and all that jazz which I know you shared at one point. Ill take full blame for dropping the ball and coming out when I did. I had an unnatural case of paranoia that stemmed from the sign ups and I didn't want to end up dying before I could attempt to do something useful for the humans this time. Like I said, I will take LVP on this one because I came out too early and I lead us to kill one of our best shots at hunting the wolves down. Ill be better next game.
Great game, all. I had a lot of fun watching everyone's antics from the sidelines.
Humans: pick up the activity! I know you're busy. We're all busy. If you have time to log in and throw in a safety vote, though, you probably could have spent 5 more minutes writing up an analysis of something.
Talking more, whether on the forums or via AIM, will:
1) increase the humans' chances of winning
2) make the game more fun
We may have to turn cardflipping back on next game.
A LOT of our plays wouldn't have been possible if cardflipping wasn't off.
yeah this needs to happen, humans played a bad game overall and cardflipping is the right crutch for new players. seriously just host 2of4 until we have more experience under our belts.
i'm going to make a polite reminder that humans aren't searching for idiots, they aren't searching for hypocrites, they aren't searching for overly emotional people -- they are searching for wolves. the wolves in this game were barely considered as wolves in every phase. this signals that most humans had the wrong conception of how a wolf behaves. in the next game we should consider how our conceptions were so blatantly wrong and take into account the wolf behavior in this game: the people who seemed so human as to never be considered were wolves. ratchet up your paranoia.

Agreed, but a player probably needs some additional justification in order to push the proper lynchings. "He/she seems too human to be human" is a tough sell.
To be honest when I saw the no kills I hoped it would help the humans to make a step towards the right direction. What baffles me is that there doesn't seemed to be any doubts. I mean, it happened! And everybody seemed to take for sure that it was due to wolf inactivity!
oh hey nobody died TERRIBLE WOLVES KILL INACTIVES
I have never, ever seen a night without a death (in terms of no wolves sending a kill). It literally takes a minute or two to send a PM, and that if there is only one wolf.
The chances of a no kill with two or three wolves are practically none. Even with the inactivity. I don't know if any of you noticed but even the most inactives had the time to log in and post.
Don't you all think that one can log in, check if there are messages from partners and send a kill just in case, even with the inactivity status?
I thought that it would make people think and wonder why it happened.
Hahahaha, but okay!
It was interesting to watch, and I'll admit that i would have never imagined that Manti or Viccicca was a wolf. Just by watching I was 80% sure that Syhto was a wolf, and Fiction was starting to rise towards the wolf side.
I wonder if my opinions would have been different if I had been alive. Highly likely!
haha i would have been right there with v gunning for manti had I not been a wolf myself, I learnd a lot from this game tho in terms of participation and such, such a good jtwg

yeah that's the damn point. a slippery snake can still be strangled and playing as human is about enlisting that paranoia, asking tough questions, and pushing everyone -- wolves and humans alike -- to participate.
4 wolves slid the whole game because humans made the weakest effort possible at interrogating people.
there were safety votes four days into the game, humans played their entire game waiting for other people to step up to the plate while lynching anyone who tried to.
