Rugrats, Hey Arnold, other 90's cartoons. The jokes and witty remarks that characters make now make sense and I can appreciate. Disney movies I can catch the symbolism in now, whether that is due solely to age or literature classes whose methods carry over well into movie analysis.

I thought it was appropriate that one of the cars in that Brave Little Toaster snippet said, "I took a man to a graveyard." Very dark indeed.

And for me, Math Heads. Before it was a silly game with some math shortcuts. However, later on when I looked for the songs used in that game, finally finding them and listening to them again just felt incredible (such as Take Me Higher and Sara's Scar). I whored that game excessively when I was younger.

Also Spirited Away. Not going into this. Basically I really dislike it now.

best nostalgia moment of my childhood. jumping from one piece of furniture to another. throwing around pillows to get from one place to another. i know this is a little off direction, but this is what popped into my head immediately~

same here I think, the world seemed so much bigger back then and only my house could become a huge playground for the young me.

Yes! Definitely. I used to play sports/games/run around the front yard all the time! That stopped happening because the neighbourhood got dangerous, and there were several news reports on theft/kidnapping/assaults...and other things. :\ Plus, I got old - and my back aches all the time.

Also miss seeing old cartoons like The Angry Beavers, Rocko's Modern Life, Aaahh real monsters, Rugrats, Hey Arnold, Fly Tales etc.

I went back to my old school yard the other day. It's only been 4 years, but it feels radically different. Everything seemed so big back then. I remember that place being huge.

I also feel a little bad being too tall for monkey bars and etc now. Even if I'm only 5'4" it's still a bad feel.

Toaster Pastries.. and other breakfast goods. They all tasted so awesome, but now, especially the former, they don't taste as much. It could just be me, but everything seems to taste worse and worse as I age. That's another bad feel.

I love going back to old video games that I thought were hard when I was younger. It's so easy to do certain things in them now that it reminds me how accomplished I have become. (and then I remember it's all virtual l0l)

Stepmania. I remember playing that shit when I was 7. I downloaded some packs and couldn't even play anything with more than 20 notes over 2 minutes lmao. I come back to it now and can play all the easy packs and it just feels like I returned home from a long journey.

Most of all, just life in general seems different though. I remember things being god damn innocent as hell because nothing was allowed to shatter my innocence. Now it's really depressing to find out that the world isn't as innocent as it came off in my childhood. There's problems everywhere.

also @the 90s shows: they make me nostalgia too hard. I feel like watching the first season of Pokemon for the first time in 11 years :')
