Tear drop is retardedly hard to get. For me, quad fat wouldn't budge at all until I fell under about 9%. Even my abs were shredded before I had tears.
Also that back WTF
Obviously on equipment (those delts), but insane none the less.
I've been eating so much food it's not even funny this week. Training a lot more than usual. +1 lb so far from last week; progress is looking good.
Sometimes I wonder how I became overweight a few years ago. Friday and saturday I ate 7 and 10 hamburgers on whole wheat buns respectively. Was going to explode. Calories those days were ~ 3000 and 3500. Average intake for the week has been between 3200 and 3300, and the subsequent 1 lb gain means my TDEE is probably between 2700 and 2800, so I'm going to try to keep my cals closer to 3000.
That's so much food when you're not eating junk. The strange thing is my estimated TDEE during my cut based on my dietary intake was much lower than that. About 2300-2400 calories. Not sure what happened there.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that that's what's going to happen to me, having to get sub 10% before they really show. It's astonishing how much shit you have to eat to match crappy food in calorie intake, I can eat 3000 calories and lose a ton of weight but if it was shit food then I just gain.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure he is, but still gonna root him on when he goes to the Olympia. I dont think he's gonna win, Phil Heath looks like a freakin monster, but maybe top 3!

Top 3 is probably gonna be Phil, Kai, Branch.
and I didn't realize that was centopani lol. Obviously he's on gear but hey, I've got nothing but respect for people that take bodybuilding that seriously.
I'm not looking to get that big, but it's impressive none the less.

It's really taught me though, intuitively, how easy it is to become overweight. Crappy foods pack so many calories that it's effortless to go over the TDEE mark that way.
Yesterday, I fell off the wagon accidentally. Since I've been keeping carbs somewhat low, I decided to get some cereal as a semi-cheat meal (a box of Honey Bunches of Oats), and before I knew it, I went through a few bowls and ate the whole box. +1000 calories right there and put me clear up to 3000+ when you count the milk.
In the past, I would go through a box of cereal and not think twice about it, or be fine with eating an entire pizza alone (aside from not being able to shit for a week).
Down to 225 or so. Still look the same, and I don't anticipate any real visual changes until I reach 210 or below. Weight loss is slow despite the -1000 deficit but I assume it is due to noob muscle gains as a result of being untrained. I figure a few more weeks will do before considering any further adjustments.
You dont think Jay Cutler's gonna place? Kai's a big dude, but the judges dont seem to like him.
Honestly, Dennis Wolf should win a lot more than he does, but since he's not American I dont think he ever will.
Cutler dropped out, otherwise he'd place 2nd.
And I agree about Wolf, will probably place top 5 but not top 3.

Yeah, when your body fat percentage is as high as yours, weight loss won't change your appearance a lot. You mostly just get a full body shrinking effect in that you get smaller everywhere, but look mostly the same.
Also you're down 11 pounds, which is great work. Keep it up.
Almost threw a barbell at someone today because they snatched up my barbell in the middle of my sets, did 2 french presses then put it up. I was like "What the **** is this shit?"
I've been out of the gym for a week now because of a damaged wrist, but it has given me time to examine my body more in terms of aesthetics. It's looking good. I should look great when I get bigger.

Even though Arnie didnt really have the huge lats, it makes sense since the whole "YOU GOTTA BE ABLE TO FLY ON THEM WANGS" didnt show up until Dorian Yates' crazy lats.

My goal isn't to be huge. My goal is to be a pussy magnet, and the majority of women don't find men the size of Arnold to be attractive. I promise.
Zyzz's is, if you have good genetics. Probably about 3 yrs worth of work though.
Because he's ****ing Arnold, that's why. The goal is to be attractive in general. Aesthetic, and pleasing to look at. I suppose in the end it's all opinion, but the majority of women will choose a body like Zyzz's over a body like Arnold's in a second.
