Didn't want to make a new thread, but I'm re-downloading SM and this is popping up. Does anyone have an idea what shall be done to get it fixed? Also, since megaupload is fucced where are most of the files hosted?

Most of the files are hosted on Mediafire.
I'm not sure why that's popping up, try reinstalling the theme? I can't be of much help since this hasn't happened to me before.

Sightread, this is fun as hell, though I can improve this to at least SDG FC.
