The engines give out the same scores for each judgment - this was established in devonin's tournament.

also, a better way to see if there's mistakes in scoring is to judge by the deductions:

16-1-2-6 = (16*25) + (1*45) + (2*60) + (6*5)
400 + 45 + 120 + 30 = 595

song has 653p + 16g + 1a + 2m = 672 steps -> perfect score = 33600 - 595 = 33005

...that's odd.

I just changed everything altogether, lol

EDIT: just checked my score for Z and it calculates correctly. that's really strange.

Updated the main post. Damn, it turns out there really was an error in the scoring. I'm sorry to be a bit of a burden, but could you please tell me what the correct scores were for the two individuals who got wrong scores and what their correct scores were? I read over the posts but I don't think the names were given, just the scores were discussed.

Plan_B should have 33005 as his score and that's about it unless someone else posted with an R^2 engine score.

normal values: 50/25/5/-10/-5
in-game values: 50/25/5/-50/-5

Plan's 2 misses made his score 80 points less than normal. anyone who posted a score using R^2 with misses in it needs to have their score readjusted.

I went and checked all the submitted scores, the only other one other than Plan B to submit a score on the R^2 engine was you, but since you didn't get any misses no adjustment was needed. Thanks for the info anyways, I'll keep that in mind.

Does anybody know if Velocity went and fixed the issue by now? If so I wouldn't want to make incorrect adjustments to scores so thanks for any information.
