Teemo is a boss, I can't count how many times I have got triples in a team fight when the enemy retreats back into their mushroom'd forest. hehe.

sword of the occult (as well as other snowball items) scale really nicely early to mid game if you get kills because of the cost effectiveness, but once you hit late game you should swap it out with something that scales better, like a bloodthirster or something

SWoC is good early game but most people take 2 doran's blades or something along those lines first the extra 200 hp and 6% lifesteal :O'

maybe if you're sivir or something swoc can work :')

bad idea

SotC is extremely bad to get early on because it puts you behind by about 1000 gold as soon as you get it, and even if you do, it doesn't provide the utility that you need to actually win a fight or sustain your lane. champions like sivir that are ranged ad scale best with late game items, but burst is less important. why grab an unreliable item that gives terrible stats especially when you can just grab items that are much more cost effective and reliable

MAYBE it's good on an AD caster, like pantheon, if you're getting a lot of kills

SotC is a shit item anyways. at max stacks gives only 10 AD more than a fully stacked bloodthirster, but bloodthirster gives you more survivability and infinity edge gives you more overall damage. no point in keeping it late game

I play Sivir and I would never go occult. I usually go Doran's Blade, Berzerker boots, Bloodthirster, Dancer, Infinitedge, Banshee's. Sometimes I'll use Madred's if they're really tanky. Usually at the expense if the IE.

T_T we all know snowball items are for stomping pub games in low elo or unranked T_T
btw just like any ad carry should be doing i run boots -> BF sword or 2 dorans if i can't afford the BF sword
