D6 as expected. I'm extremely nervous now haha.

Question: When it gets to the later rounds, will everyone get a chance to play the files when the files are released for the tournament rounds? Last tournament, I remember that no one had access to the final files except those that weren't eliminated at the final round. Will it be the case in this tournament?

I'm not sure how the songs are being released just yet, I figured they would just be released. And again, divisions are NOT done. Breaking people into smaller groups like I just said in the post above.


EDIT: Just checked, the songs will be released to ALL users.

And please don't start with the division placement complaints already when I've said several times I'm just starting with quick placements so I can look at people in smaller groups rather than 300 all together.

Am I missing something? People seem to know so far where they're (preliminary) placed, yet I have no idea in what division I might be.

I know the divisions are not official yet, as stated in the OP, but is there a way to see them or am I just misinterpreting other people's posts about being in D6?

They're people's educated guesses where they will be placed. They have no clue for sure what Division they will be placed in.

Yep, people were stalking the old link from last tourney so I asked Velocity to hide it because I didn't want to hear over and over again about placements that aren't even placements really. Just groups to take better looks at.

PS: I forsee D4 having one hell of a competition. That's where the most epic fights will take place.

lol I don't even think there's more than 500 members active on FFR, so it's pretty surprising that 300+ people are participating.

How many people participated in the 5th official tourney?

iirc there was somewhere around 1000 signups. How many actually participated though I have no idea. The list of participants is still in the thread I just don't wanna pull it up right now cause I'm working on placements.
