Dude, this song trolled me to hell before i found out what the problem was: it's offset by just a tad. If you havent done so already, put the offset on -1 for that song and it syncs up

I'd rather have it you post when the tournament is on during each round.

For future reference - you typically don't want to put up the songs for upcoming rounds if you want everyone to follow a specific time-frame. I'm not going to play the songs since you mentioned them in the OP to be done on/after October 7th, but everyone else thinks that they can play the songs because they actually ARE on the OP. That's something to think about for when you post your next round songs.
