The OP clearly states the nature of this tourney and has since day 1. I don't understand the complaints about it. Also, I saw complaints about it because it's not combo scoring, if you look at most of the user run tourneys they are PA based and not combo based. It's hardly fair for someone who's actually playing to get beat by someone combo mashing their score. Pretty much anyone can mash a song it doesn't gauge how good a person is just because they can FC something.

Its not like its going to totally ruin your entire FFR career if that happens. People need to stop taking this game so seriously and just learn to enjoy it. But okay, if thats how you feel ill take you out.

I feel the same way, but it's how this tourney's organized and it's what I expected. It's also a pretty cool idea for a tourney.

Although, I must say that I don't understand why autofail is neccessary. Unless it's an AAA, the vast majority of the time they have to watch the replay anyway because most people have scores like 1-0-0-2 or something. There's no way to prove that they didn't just set autofail to 2 boos then boo out when they thought they might get another good.

The good thing about autofail is that it makes counting perfects easier for the hosts. But they could also make it so if you don't set your autofail, you have to post exactly how many perfects you got before your first mistake (along with the replay of course).

I have no complaints about the tourney, though. I think it's going great.

I agree with you. And eh, I really like the idea behind this tourney, it's very original and the whole thing looks well done, I just realized that it's not for me. :3 Also, I have nothing against PA based tourneys (Idk I think someone mentionned that... anyway..).

I hate having to use autofail.. so much. And I'm not sure if I'll be able to AAA this song.. seems to almost happen once out of 10-15 tries but then I get nervous and **** up.
