It's alright. I understand that you want to keep things enjoyable for the rest of D6. I'm just tired of the incredibly small divisions against the same people -- it doesn't drive competition all that much; I enjoy tournaments like the official tournament because it's a normal, five division gauntlet tournament, where the lowest scores get knocked out in a certain round. But, at five divisions (and even six divisions now, because people are complacent with this setup), there's a huge overlap in skill.

It's not a big deal though, I have no issue sitting out of this tournament if it stops ten people from being upset about the fact that I'm in the same division as them.

Lol let halogen play semi pettanko to make it fair for D6 lol

I know how you feel. Way back in the day i was a member of a chess club in school. The stimulation and complexity it gave to my brain was exciting, and through alot of hard work and practice, i quickly became the best player there. For a while it was entertaining to outsmart and defeat opponent after opponent, but it soon turned into avoidance to play a game with me. And so i was left alone with nobody willing to challenge me. Being the best is no fun, its getting there thats exciting.

You can join in D6 with no restrictions if you like, i wont deny you the much craved competition that i know you have

Many people have not picked song choices. Just in case they have forgotten, i will be sending out PMs to them tonight. In light of this lack of song submission i will unfortunaly be postponing the start of the tournament untill tomorrow at midnight, instead of in a few hours. Hopefully then the song picks will be more complete, and i wont be picking more then half of the songs.

Shit, if you are put into a division with AJ (Halogen) be happy. That means you're showing potential to one day better him. I remember the first tournament I played against him. I was honored to play with such an insanely skilled competitor.

With that being said, I'll compete in D7. I need a push of my skills to better myself and be the first to challenge AJ. Even if it's just him and I ( which I know won't happen for long since more will likely join or move up ) It'll still be fun. So, AJ stay in the tourney I wanna compete :P

Sorry Travis, can't participate in this one. I lost a lot of skill and I don't feel like whoring FFR anytime soon. Might actually quit for a while. So take me out, and sorry for bothering you with the inconveniences I've caused in your tournaments.

Move back to D6, Frankie. I want it to be a tournament, not just head-to-head. I'll enter D6 as long as people don't have a problem with it. I don't mind opting out if people have an issue with it, though.

Personally, I don't care. Everyone in D6 now is good. Probably better than me. Especially Azafreak who used to compete against you, AJ. So I think people just need to suck it up... Just personal opinion.

Sure! Make sure you send me a song pick before midnight tonight when the tourn starts. IIRC your D4 material right? The song difficulty is 9, and make sure its a public song

Also, not including ic0slay3r, only 2 people havent submitted a song. This is marvelous compared to last night where it was closer to 15 or so !_!.
