What would be a normal 6 hour night's sleep for me is broken into 2 (sometimes 3) naps throughout the day. I've had some insomnia trouble so I usually sleep from 2-5am (sometimes 6), and when I get back from work at 4pm, usually sleeping until 6:30 or 7ish, and then have dinner.

Needless to say, I love any nap I can get.
