"German? I don't know what that is?"

If you listen, he wasn't saying "German" in response. Everyone knows what fscking Germany is. As much as I hate Bieber, I think it's stupid to jump on a bandwagon when clearly the confusion was due to the accent.

At first, I thought it was the accent as well because to me it was kind of unclear as well. However, when he read the writing I got confused how he didn't know. I assumed that it actually wasn't handwriting but typed.

I call it America because the two countries sit on the continent of North America. I am, in fact, Canadian. So it makes sense. I hope that clears shit stuff up.
