Just curious, why did it ask me how often I get mad/irritated/annoyed like 12 times? Just for redundancy, or are there actual differences to these questions I'm missing?

edit: also "avoid mistakes" are you ****ing kidding me does anyone actually wake up in the morning and go "wow I think I'll go **** something up today"

or is it asking how often I make mistakes? These questions could stand to be longer.

They re-ask every question on the test, actually, reworded. They usually ask it again such that the same answer would be on the opposite end of the scale.

This is generally to get an average of your responses to see whether or not they're consistent, among some other things.

You would be surprised by how many people change their answers to the same question when worded differently.

People supposedly know themselves better than the test does (hence comments like, "the test is moderately accurate..."), but that doesn't mean they're very good at reporting their findings consistently >_> (people often change their mind about how they feel about a certain attribute half way through the test, simply fail to report it accurately by mistake and often put too much emphasis on recent events and not how they've behaved throughout their lifespan).

Hence the necessity for a large number of items with repeats, to get an averaging effect that dilutes the effects of things like bad reporting and lying.

Ugh, I'm absolutely terrible at these tests since I honestly possess too much fluctuation on these things as well as analyzing myself...so in that sense, none of these are ever really accurate for me. =/

I'm not taking these kinda test because i tend to score differently every time i take them and my answers change over the course of the test. If it takes 30 minutes to take why dont they just buy u a beer and talk with u, truth would come out better wouldnt it?
