why can't people push their own boundaries instead of mentally giving up by standing by their current skill levels and comparing them to someone else's

it was interesting watching the reactions when Rebirth asked people to play a song that some has yet to unlock...while some tried, others were basically "lol not bothering, not the easiest song to unlock ya know"

you have to -want- to get the token, but apathetic attitudes won't get you there of course, regardless of your skill level

C'mon dude, really? Get the 5th token in a challenging token chain in 24hrs JUST so you can have a chance to compete? Lrn2reality. Even if you manage to GET the token, your time to practice the song will probably have been severely cut due to it.

I am real. I'm just saying that in general, some people can have more potential if they get rid of a certain attitude. Basically, comparing your own skill to another. Not easy yeah, but not gonna happen if you avoid it.

Perhaps that one is difficult to apply in 24 hrs but don't forget that it applies anytime you play FFR. People are way too modest.

I agree with you there. That's the best way I found to improve my skill was by trying to catch up to Poison (****er keeps getting better though. D:< Slow down for me bitch!).

But the way you put it off was basically saying "hurr durr, get the 3rd to last token in a challenging token chain in 24 hrs or you're not pushing yourself hard enough".
