One hand -- A/9 vs. A/K, figured that I had a shot at the pot so I called a preflop raise with A/9 and the board went J/Q/9. ESM puts in a bet of 1,200 which nearly puts me all in, and after contemplating it, I did put him on an A/K (although wasn't expected a suited one) and tossed it all. Turn was the guillotine though, and it put a 10. Good game though; I look forward to seeing more people on the tables.

Probably should have shoved on the flop, for a longer HU match (not that a win isn't satisfying lol)... Would you have called with bottom pair at that point? You could have afforded to fold :P
I figured a big bet, rather than an all in, would have been stronger, given the situation. Guess not haha.

If you would have shoved the flop I probably wouldn't have went have went anywhere. I did have the chips to fold in our situation, but I legitimately felt like I was better than you were (and card-wise, I actually was). I'm really not upset at the turnout because you did have a decent amount of cards to trump my hand anyway.

Double post.

Pokerstars/FTP/AP have all been sued...no more real money tournaments online for anyone in the US. Not sure what's going to happen to all of the people with money, but from what I've heard about FTP, they can't withdraw their deposits. If you've got money, get your shit out NOW.

I'm pretty pissed off that I can't play my microstakes tournaments anymore. Online gambling being illegal because of the gov't not getting their taxes is a load of crap. Quick, let's stop people from playing games of skill against one another because we're not getting our taxes!

Holy **** I withdrew my remaining several thousand I had on there a few days ago to pay for shit. Was going to redeposit this morning and get my poker on ASAP.

2. Saturday 7:00 pm. NL Hold'em. Play money. 1500 starting chips. 10 minute blinds.
3. Sunday 2:00 pm. NL Hold'em. Play money. 5000 starting chips. 5 minute blinds.

edit: I probably won't be participating in the 7 pm game tonight.
