I don't even watch anime honestly, but I took the time out to watch this one and it was the best one I've ever seen (genre wise). My desktop for quite a while.

http://customize.org/rainmeter/skins/61892 is the clock at the top (I modded it a little with the bars so that it'd appear visible-ish on any wallpaper I throw at it
Bottom left notes and feed is gnometer default (I don't use either of these, now that I switched to a notes addon for browser and Google Reader lol)
Bottom right weather is http://browse.deviantart.com/customi...ather#/d2ylush, edited a bit (removed all the detailed stuff and took out the bg)
deviantart is pretty much the place to find Rainmeter shit these days, though Rainmeter's default stuff is very nice too imo
