I have finished preparing this update. Adding to OP now then taking to question's I've seen.

Thanks for the patience and sorry if it seems unfair (A few people were put to the waiting list due to changes in who's in which division.)

So let me explain this. If you've been moved to the waiting list, this is because I have moved someone to your division who joined before you. These lists are NOT in alphabetical order, it is by order in which people have stated they wished to join. Do not argue about this in the thread, if Cold Kitten or I see it you're being banned from joining this tourney.

having eclipse solar off limits is dumb. atleast have it be available for D4 and D5

I'm considering allowing it for D5, but if D4 can tackle it and do as well as I'd hope they can they'd be D5 or D6 anyways.
