If we want to do it this way, then I'll say I got my eighth note a week after my 18th birthday because I've been involved in music since I was 2, but in dance classes instead of music classes. I was 3, moved to a new house, and that's when my uncle got a keyboard and I'd always be over his house playing on it. That blossomed into me taking piano classes, then I learned viola, and now that's what most of my friends define me as, the music kid. So for as long as I can remember, I have been into music. It's the one thing that gets me away from the crap I deal with at home >.>

EDIT: Oh, and I'll be getting my baby's name after she's born because she'll be my first born and I'm really excited :] your children are forever.

Wish I was brave enough to get my Daughter's name on me but I think name tattoo's are un-slightly and silly and in the UK "Chavvy"

I have flowers on my arm which represent her, though, as her name is related to certain flowers (but isn't after a flower)

One the flowers and Portal tattoo have meanings, the Flowers represents my Daughter (her name has something to so with flowers, but isn't a slower name) and Portal for my love of gaming/Valve and Portal

I got my world of warcraft tattoo because I've been following the story-line since the first game, I'm pretty sure in 50 years I'll be reading comics or playing World of warcraft, why did I get death wing?
Because Death Wing is god in World of Warcraft.

It's something that I remember doing last with my grandfather before he passed, chillin' on the arm rests of the lazyboy with my cousin and him sitting there. That's why pokemon and drag racing hold so dear to my heart also. The tattoo I originally wanted was way too detailed and expensive so I went for something less costly but still just as special to me.

Both my tattoos were drawn by me, just designs I came up with and liked- I had always planned to memoir my family via tattoos so I put a bit of me with a bit of them.

Full back piece coming in 2012, I will be a getting an all black, shaded rocket with my grandfather's full name along it, just beginning ignition. Why a rocket you ask? He assisted in the design of the booster rockets that assisted Apollo 11 in reaching the lunar surface, he is my hero, my mentor, and my goal is to surmount to his application in life, and continue research for human space flight. Although I much prefer the physics side of the equation.

I have a couple of tattoo designs that I've done that I really want tattooed on me, but I have yet to find a good enough tattoo artist to do the job. The artist I end up going with MUST at least be somewhere around my own skill level, so I know he/she wouldn't **** it up.

Haven't gotten my tattoos yet (waiting until after I get back from Iraq), but I have a TON of ideas already. Anyone else plan on getting sleeves and a chestplate?
