You are being Placed in D2 because of your TP's. Only High Level 10's and such have tier points.

Can the 0.30 year old account rule be bent slightly? Because I have a friend who might want to join this competition, but he only joined a week and a half ago, despite me pestering him about it for the last 4 months. I can vouch for him not being an alt (And it's not like he'd pose much of a threat), if that counts for anything.

Should be "January", I'm guessing.

As long as his main is over .30 years but if he has at least saw some of the tourny threads or has seen FFR For more than .30 years than he is fine
