People are pretentious and uneducated, so they make judgments based on hear-say and invented stereotypes. There is nothing else to be said on the matter.

Good job saying the whole world, including you, are pretentious and uneducated. Everyone in this thread, and outside of it, will always make judgements first based on something they've heard INSTEAD of an actual and decent reason or after knowing a third people, in this case one that fits a stereotype.

Since you seem to have little reading comprehension, I'll restate it for you:

Many in the world are uneducated and pretentious, and so they make judgments based on conjecture that has trickled down the grape vine.

It is true that it is hard to make a proper objective judgment without at least some basic assumptions. However, one who is educated will have prior knowledge rather than presumption, and one who understands the difference between being educated on a subject and being ignorant will do their best to attain the knowledge necessary to pass judgment.

And that is not what I said at all. The term "people" is not all-inclusive, at least not in the way I used it. It may be used to describe "the general populace", as I have used it, or a specific demographic. In either case, I most certainly did not implicate myself, nor did I imply that this was the case for everybody.

Learn how to construct an argument (and spell, and use grammar) before you tangle with me. Otherwise you expose yourself as a tool. I suggest you shut the fuck up when grown folks is talkin', rather than working harder to prove my point.

People will be people.
Some people just hate other people for no reason, just because they can, or don't like they way they look/do something.
For example, I know a lot of American's trash talk Canadian's on Xboxlive because they are Canadian, and the other way around.
I've also noticed a lot of people from UK, and Europe in general will call me American and fat when i'm playing CoD, so it shows they have hate for America for no reason.. Because when I ask they just call me fat again, lol.

Whoa whoa whoa... That comment wasn't intentionally there to insult you. My bad for that! It's only an opinion. There is no stereotyping involved because I actually respect the French for their culture and their views. This is just one exception. Don't presume that I'm anti-French because I really am not that.
